    after creating tensorflow environment, when i try to install keras and tensorflow package by clicking appy.
    i get this error :
    UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found
    to be incompatible with the existing python installation in your environment:

    Specifications:

    – tensorflow -> python[version='3.5.*|3.6.*|3.7.*']

    Your python: python=3.8

    If python is on the left-most side of the chain, that's the version you've asked for.

    Tensorflow is installed in my secondary environment but when I am launching jupyter notbook from that environment then the other libraries like pandas,sklearn etc aren't working. I think they are in the base enviroment ,so should I install these libraries also into second environment?

    for some of you who has a problem with creating an environment( after couple of sec.. the file you create just disappears ) all you need to do is, run Anaconda Navigator as administrator, then do the exact steps
