Keren! Pernah pitch ide semacam ini di salah satu program hibah kampus. Membantu penjual & pembeli properti untuk tau fair price mereka biar transaksi properti bisa lebih likuid. Tapi ternyata itu semua sudah terekam di NJOP properti tersebut hehe + sentimental value dari penjualnya. Tapi emang ini menarik banget sih bisa sampe tau variabel-variabel yg penting buat prediksi harga rumah. Jadi pengen belajar buat lebih kuatin lagi pemakain data & tech di sektor properti.
