@11:00 – in python 3 , "xrange" has been renamed "range" its still as efficient and performant .

I'm firmly in camp "Tabs" as well. Regardless of whatever merits spaces may have, it's simply better ergonomics to hit a key once as opposed to multiple times. Ain't nobody got time to be hitting the space bar a million times a day.
