    This does not work:

    from matplotlib import pyplot as plt

    dev_x = [0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10]
    dev_y = [1,2]
    plt.plot(dev_x, dev_y)

    It produces "ValueError: x and y must have same first dimension, but have shapes (11,) and (2,)"

    On Stackoverflow they're saying that numpy arrays are the way to go. Is your video outdated?

    Geat video. Its just depressing how much time and work it's going to take to constract one graph in Python/Matplotlib comaring to 2-3 clicks in Excel. And that's considered to be "more advanced" from a data science pov….

    Hi, you made fantastic tutorial. Easy to follow for a beginner like me. However, when i am plotting my chart it shows a grey background even with fivethirtyeight and when i create a png file it also shows a grey shade on labels. I am using jupyter. Can you help me fix this problem. I want either transparent or white background
