It only worked for me after installing Windows SDK https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/windows-10-sdk/

(If it doesn't work try installing this: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/visual-cpp-build-tools/

Choose the C++ package. It will take ~5GB and a restart)

Hi! It's having errors. It says "Failed to build argon2-cffi." "Could not build wheels for argon2-cffi which use PEP 517 and cannot be installed directly." I installed the latest version – Python 39. Could that be the reason why I'm having such errors? Please help, thank you!
