[ad_1]

This is just a quick bonus video for any of you interested in some of the applications of the chat bot. I show you how I’ve used it in my discord server and how to add whats known as a confidence for our bots responses. This way when the bot can give an reasonable answer if its not sure what the user is saying.

Isabel De Clercq, founder of connect|share|lead talks about leadership in lockdown on Engati CX. She believes that leaders should talk about what they have learned on the digital channels. She says that leaders also need to ask what have their employees learnt in the meetings, they need encouragement.

Awesome project! I know I am a little late, but I was thinking, would it be possible to tell the bot to add an intent? And obviously, not just tell him, but he should add it as well, so then you wouldn't have to add an intent manually, then it would feel more like an AI and you would be able to actually learn him things. Thank you!
